Orli's a vegetarian.
His favorite color is yellow (which he looks damn good in, might I add!) I have read that Orlando means 'well-known' but I have a name book and mine says 'handsome'. Well, both worked out extremely well for him, didn't they! He has 2 definite tattoos: 1) the elven 9 on his wrist and 2) a sun on his torso or stomach or that general area. Now, it has been said that there is a 3rd in an undisclosed secret spot...one place I read says it's his bottom. Who really knows? His hobbies are sky diving, bungee jumping, photography,
paragliding, skiing, surfing and snowboarding. He doesn't watch TV or read magazines. He believes in excercising the creative areas of your brain to balance yourself. Orlando and his character in Black Hawk Down had an odd thing in common--both of them broke their backs. Orlando
fell 3 stories while attempting to climb his friends roof terrace in Notting Hill. Private First Class Todd Blackburn fell 70 feet from a Black Hawk Helicopter when he missed the rope on his way down.
Orlando was almost paralyzed when he broke his back. Doctors told him he would never walk again. He had a surgery and 12 days later he walked out of the hospital on crutches. Thank God! He smokes and has a dog named Maude. He was briefly engaged to 'Jemma Kidd'. (Thank God that did not work out or Orli wouldn't be the beautiful single that he is!) Orlando was voted The Beautiful Man--Feb. 2002 at mostbeautifulman.com. (I VOTED--did u?) Ohh JOY! Hey hey Orlando is part of the Teen People's 25 hottest satrs under 25! That's huge!!! Very big here in da US. ORLI is so sexyyyyy in the GAP commmerical! It's called Denim Invasion and it's in black and white---and we all no how good he looks in b&w! Orlando Bloom won best breakthrough male performance at the 2002 MTV Movie Awards. How wonderous is that! He looked so cute and his accent is juss marvelous! (btw LOTR won best picture! YAY!) |
